Here at Hespera, we want you to love what you've ordered, and we are here to help within our guidelines if there is an issue.
Refund
We offer a return for STORE CREDIT if you are not happy with your purchase for 14 days after receipt of your items. After 14 days, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange due to our quick turn over of inventory.
To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All special order items are FINAL SALE.

Items purchased from Live Sales and "On Location" sales, Custom pieces, and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Your store credit will be processed, and you will receive and email with your credit within seven business days of our receipt of the returned product; if it meets the above criteria.
If your return is not approved, our Customer support team will reach out to discuss your options.
Please allow us up to 48-72 hours to issue a store credit once we have received your items.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE INVOICE OR A PAPER WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- NAME and INVOICE
- Email and Phone Number
- Address
- AND A NOTE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING
If an item/s is returned to us and includes non returnable items we will deduct the shipping cost from your return to cover shipping the item/s back to the customer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive to you defective or damaged. We will try to replace the item with the same item or one as similar as possible due to the limited availability of each item. To inquire about an exchange, send us an email at support@hesperadesigns.com.
If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We are not responsible for the package once it has been dropped off with the mail carrier.
Please reach out to your local carrier for any assistance once the package has been marked “shipped”.

We are a small business and our team works Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm PST expect answers during those hours within 24 hours of your email.
Holiday Return Policy:
Gifts that are not final sale will be able to be returned no later that Jan 9th with an invoice or copy of the text receipt. These are only for orders after November 13th. Not prior.
Items must be not worn, tags attached and must have no smell of cigarettes or perfume. We will have a limit of only 4 items returned in one month during the month of January per person (gift).
If that is exceeded we can look into an exception
Returns will be for store credit in the amount the item is priced at the time of the return.
I completely understand some gifts just don’t work out that is why we will extend this during the holiday season on non sale items.
